SNR EX-AGR Full Width Spherical Outer Service-Free Bearing Insert with Eccentric Collar and Triple Lip Seals: This bearing insert is engineered for heavily dirt-contaminated environments, featuring a high-performance AGR seal system on both sides of the insert. Each steel insert includes a wide inner ring design and boasts a 90% grease filling, ensuring maintenance-free operation. It incorporates a zinc-coated steel sheet retainer with a vulcanized triple lip seal, where the lips made from NBR are axially preloaded and angled outwards. The triple lip seal is fully covered by a robust steel protector, with the zinc-coated impact shield additionally equipped with a lip seal and securely fastened on a knurled seat. Designed for extremely polluted environments, this insert is shock-resistant and suitable for low rotation speeds, and high-pressure washing, but it incurs higher friction. It's important to note that it's not suitable for use in all standard housings.
