Orders placed before 4:00 PM (GMT) are dispatched the same day.
For orders placed after 4:00 PM (GMT), we will always try to dispatch before the final collection at 5:15 PM (GMT).

Your final shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your exact location and parcel weight. To see your precise cost:

4. Your complete order total (including shipping) will be displayed before you pay

How We Count Working Days
Working days are Monday through Friday, excluding UK bank holidays and weekends. Timeframes are calculated from the date your order is dispatched (not the date you place the order).
Order Tracking
When your order dispatches, you will receive a tracking number via email. This allows you to monitor your parcel in real-time until delivery.
