SNR CUS Full Width Parallel Outer Bearing Insert with Grub Screws: This bearing insert is designed for axial fixation without the need for relubrication, making it unsuitable for standard housings with spherical bearing seats. It features a cylindrical outer ring with a snap ring groove and a narrow inner ring design. Each steel insert includes a single lip seal on both sides, and a zinc-coated sheet steel retainer with a vulcanized NBR seal. The axially preloaded seal lip is positioned behind a protective edge, ensuring durability in normal environmental conditions and supporting medium to high rotation speeds.
