Description
NAK N1..11 Nitrile Pressure Resistant Oil Seals: Oil seals are used in a variety of different applications in which a rotating shaft is lubricated by oil or grease. They are engineered to facilitate the smooth operation of your equipment, serving as a barrier to prevent the leakage of oils and greases while also keeping foreign substances from entering. TCN1, TCN11 and TDN1 type seals feature a special design of the short flex section and special material and structural designs making these oil seals best suited for high-pressure applications. These types feature a sealing nitrile rubber lip on the inside diameter as well as an external dust lip. These oil seal types feature a garter spring which allows some give to prevent a build-up of friction. (Seals under 5mm width may not always feature a spring.)
Benefits: Excellent wear resistance, good running properties, high resistance to chemicals and petroleum-based fuels including petrol, diesel and LPG.
