Use a torque wrench or a hydraulic preloading tool.\u003cbr\u003e\r\n2. Use only bolts with shanks for installation (no set screws).\u003cbr\u003e\r\n3. Use bolts, nuts and plain washers.\u003cbr\u003e\r\n4. Do not re-use bolts, nuts and washers.\u003cbr\u003e\r\n5. Check the tightening torque of the bolts after every 600 working hours.\u003cbr\u003e\r\n\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\r\n\u003cstrong\u003eTightening sequence:\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\r\nWe recommend to tighten the bolts in three steps, 1st at 305 torque, 2nd 70% and 3rd 100% of below torque values. Check the rotation of the bearing during the tightening sequence to be sure it does not bind. If problems occur, dismount clean the area of any debris and start again.
